At Nordland Taxi, we adhere to fares set by the authorities. You can read more about the legislation under the maximum price regulation
- There is a different starting rate whether you book a taxi or hail one. Furthermore, the price is calculated based on elapsed time and distance traveled.
- When booking on TaxiFix or on the website where “from” and “to” are entered, you will receive a maximum price for the journey. This is the maximum price of the journey under the specified conditions. The maximum fare can only be changed if the journey deviates from the booking (for example, delays, stops at other places, etc.).
- All fares vary depending on the time of day. There is an evening surcharge of 21% from 6:00 pm to midnight, and a night and weekend surcharge of 35%.
- Different rates apply for maxi taxis with more than 4 passengers.
- Booking on the TaxiFix-app or on the website does not include the extended pickup fare that applies after 10 km from the taxi stand. The maximum price can then be changed, but only if the customer is informed in advance.
- After booking a taxi by calling 0047 22 38 83 09, you’ll receive a confirmation text message containing the assigned taxi’s number. Please note that a fee of kr. 1,- will be charged to your mobile subscription for this SMS.
- There are additional charges:
o for trips from Bodø Airport at NOK 18 (fee to Avinor)
o for pre-booking of a taxi
o for any toll stations outside the toll ring in Bodø

Lost property should be handed over to the police lost property office within 24 hours. Otherwise, please contact the taxi/car service you traveled with.

If you paid by credit card, you should contact your card issuer to obtain a receipt. We will then provide a copy of the receipt to the card issuer.
For the safety and privacy of our customers, we typically cannot issue a copy of the receipt directly to the cardholder. Unfortunately, if you paid in cash, we do not have the ability to issue a copy of the receipt. We encourage you to order through the TaxiFix-app, where all receipts will be available.

In addition to cash payment, we accept BankAxept, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Vipps, and TT-card. If you use TaxiFix, you can pay directly in the app. As a general rule, we do not operate on credit, but you have the option to apply for this.
